This service is perfect for local clients who ARE LOOKING TO UPDATE THE LOOK OF THEIR CURRENT HOME OR NEW HOME OWNERS STARTING FROM SCRATCH.
Starting with an in-home consultation, we will walk through your space and discuss the current pain points and your ultimate goals at completion. Taking budget and timeline into consideration, we will present a design concept in person or virtually that illustrates the suggested changes. D&M Designs offers white glove service complete with hiring the necessary tradesmen and warehousing products until installation, down to working with your personally selected contractor to make decisions and bring the design concept to life.
Virtual Design
this service is perfect for the motivated out of town client that wants to give their home a bit of a facelift.
With this form of design, we will work together via email, phone conversations, and video calls. With our guidance, the client is responsible for providing the necessary information required to execute the desired changes. This includes but is not limited to photos, measurements, floor plans, etc. You will be presented a design concept via email and once approved, you will be provided a detailed shopping list and notes to execute the vision yourself.
Renovations and remodels
This service is perfect for new homeowners, builders, OR existing homeowners looking to start a comprehensive remodel.
D&M Designs will work directly with selected contractors and tradesmen to make complex decisions regarding layout, floorplan, aesthetic, and usability. From demo day to the final reveal, we will be there to ease you through the process and ensure the outcome is as discussed.
the design process
Whether an in-home consultation or virtual, we will make our way through the areas you are looking to refresh and talk design style, inspiration, budget, timeline- all the things! We will also take the necessary photos and measurements at this initial meeting.
Taking everything discussed at the initial consultation into consideration, we will begin the creative process. This is where we start space planning, product sourcing, collecting quotes, and researching the best options for your individual space.
You will be presented with the preliminary design concept either in person or virtually. You can expect for us to walk you through the design and the specific reasons behind each choice. Product samples may be shared at this meeting.
You are entitled to a single round of revisions per design/room if requested. We will go back to the drawing board to find alternatives when necessary and present the revised concept to you for review.
Once the overall concept is agreed upon, the purchasing begins. D&M Designs offers warehousing and installation so that you can sit back and relax until the final reveal. If you are someone who prefers to be more involved, we have customizable options for you as well.
